Computer–Controlled Local Anesthesia

The use of computer-controlled local anesthesia delivery can help simplify pain management in the dental setting. Ensuring patient comfort is integral not only to successful treatment outcomes, but also in creating a positive dental experience for patients.

Compared with traditional manual syringes, devices deliver local anesthetic drugs in a slow, controlled manner. Because they help improve patient comfort during local anesthesia administration, these units can be especially helpful for individuals who fear injections, as the needle is less visible than in a manual syringe. In addition, their use results in reduced pain perception in adults and fewer pain-related disruptions among pediatric patients.

Fast & Fixed – Same Day Implants

Fast & Fixed is a comprehensive system based on immediate implant placement in a toothless jaw, developed by Bredent Sky implants. On the same day it allows tooth extraction, implant placement and immediate dental restoration.

Because the system allows for much longer implant placement by avoiding sinus lifting, dentist can use fewer implants (4 implants in lower jaw, 6 implants in upper jaw). A pink gingival aesthetic can be provided because the permanent prosthesis can be made in a hybrid fashion.

Advantages

Few practice visits
Short treatment time
No complex surgical procedures (avoiding sinus lifting)
No removable temporaries.

Platelet Rich Fibrin (Prf)

PRF protocol requires only centrifuged blood without any addition of anticoagulant and bovine thrombin. Then, a blood sample is taken without anticoagulant in 10-mL tubes in a glass or glass-coated plastic tube. then immediately centrifuged at 3,000 rpm for 12 minutes.

PRF membrane helps in

Wound healing,
Protecting the surgical site,
Promoting soft tissue repair,
When mixed with bone graft, it may act as a “biological connector”, which attracts stem cell, favors the migration of osteoprogenitor cells to the center of the graft, and provides a neo-angiogenesis.

Digital Radiography

Digital radiography is a form of X-ray imaging, where digital X-ray sensors are used instead of traditional photographic film. Advantages include time efficiency through bypassing chemical processing and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images. Also, less radiation can be used to produce an image of similar contrast to conventional radiography./p>
